How to use

Clean and dry the area with warm water. Warm an appropriate amount of cream in the palm of your hand, apply evenly to the sore joint or muscle area and massage until fully absorbed. Continuous use for 2 to 4 weeks is suggested to notice improvements in joint comfort and muscle condition. Please check the ingredients before use and stop if irritation occurs.
